California Elementary Education Association (CEEA) was founded in 1974 by a grass-roots group of teachers, administrators and university professors to provide professional staff development for elementary, middle and secondary educators. Since 1974, we have earned the reputation as a leading provider of the highest quality staff development seminars and conferences available throughout the United States. Today, we have grown in both scope and mission to accommodate the ever-changing needs of educators. We present a wide range of seminars and conferences each year in virtually every educational field and curricular area.
